Blue collar restaurant group is a family-run, family-focused company that operates a number of different restaurant concepts in jackson, wyoming and bozeman, montana.

The blue collar restaurant group was started by joe and denise rice. the rices took over operation of their first restaurant, merry piglets in jackson, wyoming, in 1989. At that time, merry piglets was a seasonal, open-air restaurant.
