Merry Piglets
Merry Piglet’s Mexican Cafe is a locals favorite for Mexican Food in Jackson Hole. As the longest running Mexican food restaurant, Merry Piglets has kept some of the locals favorites as well as introduced some new items to the menu . Established in 1969, Merry Piglets began as a small taco shop located on Broadway across from the town square where Häagen-Dazs and the Snake River Grille currently reside. Over the years Merry Piglets has expanded its current location at 160 North Cache but has maintained the great flavors, entree items and character that has helped to establish the reputation and awarded Merry Piglets various accolades that include; best salsa, best margaritas and best Mexican food.
